1.The series of butterfly valve mechanical structure is reasonable, reliable, strong compression performance, reliable opening and closing, with positive and reverse bidirectional sealing function. The installation is not limited by the flow direction of the medium, nor is it affected by the spatial position, and can be installed arbitrarily on the pipeline.

2.The series of butterfly valve shaft adopts the semi-shaft structure, the valve plate adopts the truss structure, the shaft and the valve plate are tightly assembled with the pin mechanical firm, the valve has high pressure strength, low flow resistance, large flow area and energy saving. The shaft sleeve is made of self-moistening tin bronze with small friction coefficient (<0.16) and flexible opening and closing.

4.The valve body sealing ring is made of stainless acid-resistant steel, fixed on the valve body by mechanical means, the valve plate sealing materials are made of non-acid-resistant steel, the valve plate sealing surface is spherical, with corrosion resistance, no scaling, no aging, no damage, good robustness, long service life characteristics.

5.The connection between the drive device and the valve is provided with an axial seal inspection and adjustment hole. The axial seal can be adjusted or replaced through the inspection and adjustment hole without disassembling the drive device and other components. The valve shaft seal is made of flexible graphite, which has small friction coefficient, is not suitable for aging, and has long wear and aging resistance.

6.It has the advantages of light and flexible opening (opening torque N·m≤30kg), few opening and closing rings, and the valve plate can stay in any middle position stably.

7.The new driving device adopts a fully sealed protective structure to ensure that the driving device can be completely dust-proof, moisture-proof and waterproof, and the valve can always be in a good lubrication state regardless of the use of any working condition to ensure the service life of the valve.

8. The manual drive device of the butterfly valve above DN500 adopts a two-way synchronous open display mechanism, which can observe the closed or open state of the valve from the above and the side two directions, which is convenient for horizontal installation of the valve. Because the valve plate of the butterfly valve is opened and closed in the valve chamber, the bottom of the valve chamber after horizontal installation is unimpeded, and the flow area of the valve chamber gradually decreases with the valve plate closing. The smaller the flow area, the more urgent the water flow rate, which is conducive to washing away the debris in the valve, to avoid the debris so that the valve is not closed in place or even damaged the seal ring.

9.Each butterfly valve is equipped with adjustable opening, closing mechanical limit device and valve plate opening and closing position display mechanism, driving handwheel rim are obviously open, close direction arrows and "open", "off" words marked.

10.The electric drive device has manual and electric dual-purpose functions, with manual, electric switching mechanism, electric handwheel will not rotate, the handwheel drive will not cause the motor rotor rotation.

11.The electric drive device protection grade is IP54. The insulation class of the motor is class E, and the working voltage of the motor is 380V and 50HZ. The main power circuit is 380VAC, 50HZ, and the secondary control circuit is 220VAC, 50HZ.

12.All parts, fillers and seals of the valve are made of non-toxic and harmless materials.

13.Butterfly valves above DN800 can be equipped with valve support seat and lifting ring to facilitate installation and avoid damage to equipment.
