How to maintain high temperature and high pressure valves, ten measures:

1.Use grease lubrication. Grease should be compatible with high temperature and high pressure valve metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts and working media. When the working medium is gas, such as special 221 grease can be used. Grease is applied to the surface of the seal mounting tank, grease is applied to the rubber seal, and grease is applied to the sealing surface and friction surface of the valve stem.

2.Decomposition and reassembly must be careful to prevent damage to the sealing surface of the parts, especially non-metallic parts, take out the O-ring when the use of special tools.

3.The new parts also need to be cleaned before assembly.

4.The cleaning agent should be compatible with rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working media (such as gas) in high temperature and high pressure valves. When the working medium is gas, the metal parts can be cleaned with gasoline (GB484-89). Non-metal parts should be cleaned with pure water or alcohol.

5.The assembly should not allow metal debris, fibers, grease (except for specified use) dust and other impurities, foreign bodies and other pollution, adhesion or stay on the surface of the parts or into the inner cavity.

6.The individual parts decomposed can be cleaned by immersion. Metal parts that still have non-metallic parts that have not broken down can be scrubbed with clean, fine silk cloth impregnated with cleaning agent (in order to avoid fiber shedding and adhesion to the parts). When cleaning, all grease, dirt, glue and dust adhering to the wall must be removed.

7.Non-metallic parts should be removed from the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, not for a long time soaking.

8.The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, step by step and evenly during assembly.

9.After cleaning, it is necessary to be assembled after the volatilization of the cleaning agent on the washed wall (the silk cloth can be wiped without the cleaning agent), and it will rust and be polluted by dust for a long time.

10.We must first find out that the high temperature and high pressure valve on the downstream pipeline has been removed pressure, in order to disassemble and decompose the operation.
