The butterfly disc adopts a double eccentric spherical sealing structure. Utilizing the cam effect, the sealing surface of the disc eccentrically displaces and compresses against the valve body sealing ring during closure, ensuring uniform pressure distribution on the seal. The sealing becomes tighter as closure progresses, delivering reliable sealing performance. During opening, the disc rapidly disengages from the valve body sealing ring through eccentric movement, minimizing wear between sealing surfaces while enabling smooth operation and enhanced valve durability.

The valve body sealing ring is manufactured from Austenitic Stainless Steel, surface-hardened, and mechanically fixed to the valve body for convenient adjustment and replacement.

The spherical sealing surface of the disc employs high-thickness, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which has its excellent anti-scuffing properties, wear resistance, and extended service life after precision machining and undergoes roller polishing to achieve a dense surface structure.

This valve features a double eccentric linear sealing structure: The sealing pair resists scaling and deposits while maintaining effective self-cleaning properties along the sealing band.

A connection base is installed between the drive unit and valve body. The axial sealing packing can be adjusted online through the packing gland at the connection base without disassembling the drive unit or valve shaft, ensuring reliable shaft sealing. The valve shaft seal utilizes flexible graphite for superior sealing performance, low friction coefficient, no aging resistance, and long-term durability.

The valve stem adopts a semi-shaft configuration, the disc incorporates a truss structure for high strength and rigidity, small flow resistance, maximizes flow area, and reduces energy consumption.

This valve provides bidirectional sealing capability (forward/reverse), allowing installation in any pipeline orientation without flow direction constraints. (For unidirectional media control, priority should be given to the optimal sealing orientation.)

For large-diameter butterfly valves (DN≥800), support bases and lifting lugs can be provided per user requirements to facilitate installation.

The valve interior is coated with epoxy resin through electrostatic adsorption technology, featuring strong adhesion, excellent corrosion resistance, and pollution-free performance. All epoxy coatings comply with domestic and international potable water certifications.

The valve operation employs a dedicated worm gear box designed by our company. Featuring equal-strength construction and fully enclosed high-efficiency design, it ensures safe, reliable, and effortless valve operation with optimal efficiency.
