It can replace the original Electric Gate Valve and Check Valve function at the pump outlet, and integrate the electromechanical hydraulic system into a whole to reduce the floor area and capital investment.

The electro-hydraulic control function is comprehensive. It can be used as an independent system for on-site debugging and control without additional configuration; it can also serve as a device unit in a distributed control system (DCS), managed centrally by the central computer through I/O channels, achieving coordinated operation with pumps, turbines, bypass valves, and other pipeline equipment; it comes with manual functions, allowing valve operation to be manually controlled even without power supply, meeting the requirements for valve debugging and control under special conditions.

Good controllability, wide adjustment range, and strong adaptability. The electro-hydraulic control system has several adjustment nodes, which can be set according to different pipeline control requirements to ensure that the valve can be opened and closed at the preset time and opening angle when the opening and closing conditions are met, and the valve can be closed in two stages of fast and slow. It also enables automatic closure without electricity. This effectively eliminates destructive water hammer, prevents runaway events in pumps and turbines, reduces pressure fluctuations in the pipeline system, and ensures safe and reliable operation of equipment.

The main seal is a double eccentric rubber sealing structure, making opening and closing smooth and reliable sealing; the increased eccentricity gives the valve excellent self-closing and self-sealing performance. The medium and small diameter butterfly valves are designed with streamlined flat plates, while large diameter butterfly valves feature a double-flat truss structure, reducing profile size and ensuring smooth water flow. The valve's flow resistance coefficient is only 0.1-0.6, significantly lower than that of check valves (1.7-2.6), offering notable energy savings.
