Flat-Bottom (Non-Grooved) Design: A key improvement of the Z45X-10 Soft Seal Non-Grooved Gate Valve is its "flat-bottom" design. Traditional gate valves feature a sealing groove at the bottom of the valve body to accommodate the gate wedge. However, impurities carried by the fluid medium tend to accumulate in this groove over time, preventing the valve from closing completely. In contrast, the Z45X-10 valve adopts a groove-free flat-bottom design at the valve bore, eliminating debris buildup and ensuring unimpeded fluid flow.

Soft Seal Gate Design: The gate is manufactured using advanced vulcanization technology, combining an elastic rubber exterior with a rigid steel core. This design ensures excellent sealing elasticity, precise geometric dimensions, and shape retention. By leveraging the elastic properties of rubber and the compression between the threaded stem’s spiral wedge and the valve bore, the valve achieves effective sealing and flow shutoff.

Epoxy Spray Coating Process: Both the internal cavity and external surfaces of the valve are treated with epoxy resin spray coating. This process provides robust protection against corrosion from acidic/alkaline media and complies with the GB/T17219 standard (Safety Evaluation Standard for Equipment and Protective Materials in Drinking Water Distribution Systems), ensuring safety for potable water applications.
