The connection between the "valve shaft" and the "valve plate" (or "butterfly plate") mainly relies on the "dowel" to fix, and the size of the torque of the traditional dowel, whether it is the "cone pin", "through pin", "riding pin", "oblique pin", etc., is mostly determined by the diameter of the "dowel". Because the valve plate is subjected to hydraulic shock, vibration (or co-shock) for a long time, it will cause the pin to fall off or break from the valve plate, so that the valve cannot be opened and closed. The "embedded valve shaft big flat key (pin)" designed by our company is based on the traditional design, adding a fast rectangular plane key embedded in the "shaft hole" combined with the valve shaft and the valve plate, increasing the torque area by 3 times than the traditional pin diameter, without weakening the strength of the valve shaft. Thus the valve shaft is permanently connected to the valve plate.
"Valve shaft spline" connection design: valve shaft and worm gear box and other transmission mechanism are traditionally used "flat key" connection, its disadvantage is that the flat key will be squeezed deformation during the long-term opening and closing force process, resulting in too much clearance resulting in the valve can not be completely closed. The "spline" connection design adopted by our company has the advantages of: 1, due to the number of spline teeth, large contact area, so the carrying capacity is large. 2, worm gear and other transmission mechanism and shaft neutral, with small clearance. 3. The operating direction of the transmission mechanism can be adjusted at will according to the needs of users. Spline connections are generally used by aircraft, automotive, machine tool manufacturing.
"Fully waterproof worm gear box" design: Because the pipeline valve is usually installed in the field environment, the water in the valve well and long-term moisture will cause the worm gear box to rust and die. The "waterproof worm gear box" designed by our company adopts "O" ring seal at the joint of the parts. Each worm gear box is delivered after gas seal pressure test to ensure that it is sealed under 5 meters water level. It is especially suitable for use under harsh environmental conditions such as seaside, saline-alkali land and underground pollution.
"Spraying" process: the inner cavity and exterior of the valve are treated with epoxy resin spraying, effectively preventing the corrosion of various acid and alkali media, and reaching the national drinking water "Safety evaluation standard for drinking water transmission and distribution water equipment and protective materials" GB/T17219 standard.
