This valve is primarily used at pump outlets in water supply and drainage systems, petroleum pipelines, chemical industries, and other industrial pipelines to prevent medium backflow and protect pumps from water hammer damage. It is also installed on inlet/outlet pipes of reservoirs, water tanks, and water towers to prevent water backflow into the system.

The rubber disc check valve is mainly composed of the valve body, valve cover, rubber disc and sealing gasket. The rubber disc is made of steel plate and reinforced nylon cloth as the substrate, and the outer layer is all covered with rubber.

The sealing adopts inclined design, so as to improve the sealing performance when closed. It also has the characteristics of large over-flow, small head loss, easy to accumulate debris and convenient maintenance.
