The piston type electric flow and pressure regulation valve is a speed regulation and pressure regulation type valve developed based on the characteristics of fluid mechanics, drawing on the advanced experiences of Germany and Japan, and summarizing domestic design, manufacturing, and practical experiences. It has been widely used in fields such as power plants, water diversion, and water supply. After improvement, this series of flow regulation valves is not only suitable for clear water but also has good tolerance for natural river, lake water, and slightly polluted water. From the aspects of design structure and material selection, it has solved the long-standing problems of easy scaling, jamming, and oversized driving devices of flow regulation valves.

The electric flow and pressure regulation valve is mainly used in water network systems where the medium is water, such as water plants, power plants, and water diversion projects, playing the role of regulating the flow rate, flow pattern of pipeline medium, and regulating the pressure of the pipeline network. The most outstanding feature of this valve compared to traditional flow regulation valves lies in its structural design and material selection, which makes it not afraid of blockage of the slide by sewage or scaling phenomena, and it is not easy to jam. The driving device is significantly reduced. This valve can automatically regulate the pre-set parameter values of pipeline medium to keep them constant within a certain accuracy range, and the accuracy range can also be adjusted. This valve has good cavitation resistance characteristics. The ribs on the inner wall of the valve body also act as rectification plates, which can disperse the water flow and prevent cavitation. At the same time, it also reduces the noise of the valve and the vibration of the piston. The control system of this valve can adopt integrated electronic circuits, which have the advantages of small size, good reliability, high sensitivity, and convenient installation and debugging. The leakage at full closure is zero, and it can be used as a shut-off valve without the need to set up other shut-off valves. If the control level and accuracy requirements are not very high, the control of this valve can adopt manual or ordinary electric forms. It can be installed horizontally or vertically.
