This product is installed at the highest points or air-trapped sections of sewage pipelines to discharge gases from the system, ensuring smooth pipeline operation. Without this valve, trapped air in the pipeline may impede sewage flow or even cause interruptions. In cases of power outages or pump shutdowns, negative pressure within the pipeline can lead to vibrations or ruptures. The air valve rapidly draws in air to prevent such damage.

Working Principle: Normal Operation (Exhaust Phase): During pipeline operation, the valve disc remains positioned at the lower part of the support frame, allowing continuous air release. Once air is fully expelled, sewage enters the valve, lifting the float ball. This motion drives the valve disc to close, halting exhaust. Minor Gas Accumulation: Small amounts of gas naturally generated during operation accumulate in the pipeline's upper section. When gas volume reaches a critical level, sewage within the valve recedes, causing the float ball to descend. Gas is then released through small orifices. Emergency Protection (Negative Pressure Scenarios): During power outages, pump failures, or pipeline drainage, negative pressure may occur. The float ball descends with the water level, opening small orifices first, followed by larger ones, to rapidly intake air and safeguard pipeline integrity. Key Features: Prevents air blockage and ensures stable sewage flow. Mitigates pipeline vibration/rupture risks under negative pressure. Dual-stage air intake mechanism (small + large orifices) for rapid pressure balance.
